When does production time begin?
Production time begins after your order, payment and art approval(s) have been received.

Will I be able to approve art before imprinting?
Yes. Once your order has been placed allow 24-48 hours and an art proof will be emailed. This will have all order information, please review carefully. At this time we will be happy to make adjustments to your imprint or order. Once we receive your art approval the production process begins and no changes can be made to imprint or order.

How do I send my artwork or logo?

What are your art requirements?
The best quality imprint starts with the best quality artwork.
Usable art: Vector art in Illustrator .ai or .eps . file format with outlines created.
If you do not have the proper artwork we can help.
1. Email your corporate logo to art@bestpromosnow.com in any file format and we will create vector art for fee generally $39.00. This is a one time fee and we will keep on file to use for future orders.  Please include your order# in the subject line.  An order# will be provided at the end of check out process.
2. We will create art for you for FREE. Let us know what you would like to imprint and we will create vector art from our selection of in stock designs and fonts and email art proof.
Ex: Company Name top address and phone middle and website bottom.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards: VISA, MC, Discover and American Express. Company check upon approval.

When will I receive my order?
Each item is marked with normal production time plus allow 3-5 work days for shipping. If you have an event date we need to meet please tell us when placing your order under special instructions. We will meet your delivery with the least cost to you! If you need RUSH production and/or expedited shipping we will provide all options before processing your order.

What if order is in-between quantities listed?
Order whatever quantity you need, minimums are first quantity listed, if ordering 300 the 250 piece price applies.

What if I want a multi color imprint or a two side imprint?
Our site is designed for purchasing one color one side imprint (unless digital imprint or four color process imprint). The additional fees are listed for multi color or two side imprints. Please let us know in the special instructions section when placing an order or email product you are interested in with details and we will email correct total for order that will include all fees.

What are set up charges?
This is the fee for placing your logo/text onto promotional product. This is a one time fee, we will keep on file for two years, when reordering set up fees are FREE!

What is the difference between art fees and set up charges?
The art fee is the graphic designers fee for creating vector art or camera ready art files of your logo/design that are given to manufacturer. The set up charges are the manufacturers fee for placing your logo/text. Set ups include but not limited to; screen charges, digitizing or tape fees, embossing, debossing etc.

What are running charges?
Run charges are the cost associated with imprinting more than one color and/or more than one location. Products are priced for one color/one side imprints unless otherwise noted.

What are overruns or underruns?
Some manufacturers imprint by weight not by quantity. So for example you may order 250 letter openers but receive 275 or 225. The overruns/underruns, generally +/- 5%, will be charged to your credit card or invoiced at time of shipping. If you prefer exact quantities only we will quote the manufacturers fee.

What is estimated freight and When will I be charged for freight?
We do not inflate shipping fees. Once your order is placed, estimated freight will be provided via email and charged to credit card.  Actual freight is determined at time of shipment when UPS or Fed Ex picks up the shipment, at that time your credit card will be charged or credited the balance due from estimated shipping. Also at this time of shipping your credit card will include charges for balance due or credit due for overruns/underruns.

When will I receive the advertised $25 off shipping?
The advertised promotion specifically is for up to $25 off the shipping fee of your first online order. If the shipping estimate is less than $25 you will receive free shipping, if the shipping estimate is more than $25 it will be deducted from the shipping fee and you will pay the balance due. See estimated freight for more details. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

Can I ship my order to more than one address?
Yes. There is an additional fee ($5.00-10.00 per address) and will be quoted at time of order.

Can I receive a sample before deciding to place order?
Yes. The cost of samples including shipping must be paid at time of the sample request. A random sample will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified. You may provide your shipper number. If you place an order for the item which you have sampled we will will be happy to credit the cost of that sample and the cost of its ground shipping towards your order.
